Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear friend and their companion. Lord, we ask that You grant them the restful sleep their bodies so desperately need. Your Word says in Psalm 4:8, "In peace I will lie down and sleep, for you alone, Lord, make me dwell in safety." May they find comfort and rest in Your presence.

We also pray for relief from the pain and discomfort of a difficult period. Lord, we ask for Your healing touch to bring an end to the suffering and worry. As it is written in Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." May Your peace and healing flow over them.

Thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your love and mercy. In Jesus' name, Amen.
