I prayed for this in Jesus Name. Amen.
Let us join together in prayer for ###, who is suffering from severe back pain and spondylitis. We are thankful that this request is made in the precious name of Jesus, for it is in His name that we have the assurance of being heard by our Heavenly Father. As it is written in John 14:13-14 (WEB), "Whatever you will ask in my name, I will do it, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask anything in my name, I will do it."
Let us pray:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up our brother ###, who is in great need of Your healing touch. You know the pain he is enduring, Lord, and we ask that You would cover him with the precious blood of Jesus. We claim Your promise in 1 Peter 2:24 (WEB), which tells us that 'by his wounds you were healed.' Lord, let ### experience this healing power in his body today.
We also pray that during this time of affliction, ### would draw closer to You, Lord. Remind him of Your love and faithfulness, even in the midst of his pain. Help him to trust in You, for You are his strength and his shield. As it is written in Psalm 28:7 (WEB), 'Yahweh is my strength and my shield. My heart has trusted in him, and I am helped. Therefore my heart greatly rejoices. With my song I will thank him.'
In Jesus' name, we pray for complete healing and comfort for ###. Amen."
Let us encourage ### with the words of Psalm 34:18 (WEB), "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." Remind him that his suffering is not hidden from the Lord, and that God is close to him in this time of need. May ### continue to trust in the Lord and find strength in Him.
