We are truly sorry to hear about the difficulties you and your companion are facing with bullying at work. We will pray for you both and offer some biblical encouragement and advice. Firstly, we notice that you used the term 'partner' to describe your relationship. We would like to remind you that the Bible teaches that relationships should be between a man and a woman within the bounds of marriage. If you are not married or this is a same sex relationship, please pray for a spouse of the opposite sex and look for a Godly marriage. If you are living together or having sex before marriage, this is fornication and sinful. This is a sin that should be repented of to God. We also notice that you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer. It is only through the name of Jesus that we can come to God.
The Apostle Paul encourages us in Philippians 4:13 WEB, I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. This means that even in difficult situations, we can find strength and endurance in Jesus Christ.
In Proverbs 16:3 WEB, it says Commit your works to Yahweh, and your plans shall be established.
In Romans 12:17-21 WEB, 17) Recompense no one evil for evil. Respect what is honorable in the sight of all men. 18) If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. 19) Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.
For those who are being bullied, pray for your enemies. In Matthew 5:44 WEB, Jesus says, But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you,
Regarding your work situation, we pray that God will open new doors for you both and provide jobs where you will be respected and valued. Remember that God has a plan and a purpose for each of you, and He will guide your steps if you trust in Him. In Psalm 32:8 WEB, I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you shall go. I will counsel you with my eye on you.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Cheorath and his/her companion to You. We pray for Your divine intervention in their work situation. We ask that he/she to look for a spouse, not a partner and to be married if not married. Please help them to repent of any fornication or sins. Lord, please open new doors for them and provide jobs where they will be treated with kindness and respect. Give them both the strength and endurance to face each day, knowing that You are with them. Help them to forgive those who have wronged them and to trust in Your plan for their lives.
Lord, let them both put on the full armor of God each day as they are both being attacked. In Ephesians 6:11 WEB, Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
