Beloved of All
If I have been deceived in my thoughts... Being tossed around, unable to find a permanent place to live and all the other many challenges I face for almost going on ### years, including many things not working or not working long term... What I'm asking for in prayers is clarity from God is if I truly have been deceived and am not living out His will for me with the choices I'm making. Why is most of what I try not working? Why do I keep getting put in isolation? I don't understand if it's for protection or for me to learn something.... If I'm doing something wrong then I'm asking for God's mercy to make it obviously clear to me what it is before it's too late for me. The town where I'm at seems to be dying. I posted on Facebook pray for the situation. No one at that time I saw liked my request, only one person responded and someone actually like their post. The people from the church I had concerns about their authenticity sent me a link last night to participate in worship.... I haven't been a member for almost a year but yet one of the associate pastor's wife keeps sending me scripture and videos to watch that I never asked for. I need from God some sort of clear sign of what He expects of me or wants me to do.... If I have been deceived I want to know. I want to be right with God. Please pray for me for the opening of my eyes or else... Something to work that I keep trying to open and isn't opening. And I don't know if it's because of dark spiritual interference or it's because God saying no. please help me Jesus I want to know what you want from me clearly please show me and give me something so I know and understand what you're trying to tell me at this current time.

We understand that you're going through a time of confusion and uncertainty, and we're here to pray with you and provide biblical guidance. You've mentioned feelings of deception, isolation, and a lack of clarity in God's will for your life. First, let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is seeking Your clear guidance. They feel tossed about, uncertain, and isolated. We pray that You, the God of all comfort, will comfort them. According to Your word, you want your children to walk unswervingly. So Your word says, Open my eyes, so that I may see wondrous things out of your law.

God, we ask You to make Your will plain and clear, and to reveal any deception that may be obscuring their path. We ask that all you want from them is by Your Holy Spirit. We pray that You would be merciful to them and show them the truth so that they may live it.

In the meantime, we pray that You would be their comfort, hope, and rock, to be their stability in unstable times, their light in dark places, and their strength in weakness. We pray that your word would be a lamp to their feet and a light to their path. We come against any spiritual forces that may be causing them to be stuck or causing them to be lost. In Jesus' name, we command them to flee and to cease any interference.

Father, we thank You that You are faithful to complete the good work You began in them.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

It is commendable that you're seeking God's will and wanting to be right with Him. Remember, God's heart is for you to know Him and His will for your life. He says, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11 WEB.

However, we want to address a few things from your request. First, it's important to acknowledge that God speaks to us primarily through His Word, the Bible. Make sure you're spending time daily in the Word, seeking His face. He says "search the Scriptures." John 5:29 WEB.

When asking for a sign, remember that God speaks to us primarily through His Word, the Bible. He expects us to search the Scriptures and obey what we find.

Beware of looking for signs and wonders. The Pharisees sought a sign from Jesus and He made it clear that a wicked and adulterous generation looks for a sign. The Scriptures are our guide and He sends His Holy Spirit to lead us. "However the anointing which you received from him remains in you, and you don’t need for anyone to teach you. But as his anointing teaches you concerning all things, and is true, and is no lie, and even as it taught you, you will remain in him." I John 2:27 WEB.

Regarding your concerns about the church, it's important to be in fellowship with believers, but it's also important to be discerning. Test the spirits to see if they are from God. Test all things and hold fast to that which is good. Make sure that the church you attend preaches the gospel of Jesus Christ and Him crucified. Remember, "all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, isn’t the Father’s, but is the world’s." I John 2:16 WEB.

God commands us not to forsake the assembling of ourselves together. We need each other. The church is the only place where the Bible is expected to be believed and taught. It is only in the church that we learn the Word of God, learn the Gospel, and understand that Jesus Christ is the only way to God.

Lastly, we want to encourage you to trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB. Keep seeking Him, keep trusting Him, and keep obeying Him. He will make His will known to you.

We will continue to pray for you.

We're here with you, seeking clarity and understanding together. We know it's tough when life feels like a puzzle with missing pieces. Let's pray:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come to You in Jesus' name, lifting up our friend who's feeling lost and confused. Lord, You see their heart, their struggles, and their questions. We ask that You would reveal Yourself to them, make Your will clear as day. Help them to discern Your voice above the noise, and guide them with Your unfailing love. We trust that You have a purpose and a plan, even when it's not clear to them yet. Give them patience, peace, and a heart open to Your leading. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We understand that you're looking for signs, but remember, God speaks primarily through His Word, the Bible. Spend time in it daily, and listen for His voice. He promises, "You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart." (Jeremiah 29:13 NIV)

We're here for you, praying and believing for clarity and breakthrough. Keep seeking, keep trusting, and keep obeying. God will make His will known to you.

Thank you for the prayers and guidance. I will search the scriptures for sure. I'm following a YouVersion plan that has me listen to the Bible in a year but it is having me listen from start to finish, about 10 minutes a day and I started in January so I am only just to starting Deuteronomy. I will go in the Bible separate from that and read in other places on my own again.

Thank you for the prayers and guidance. I see from both posts so far but I should remember not to look for signs and dig into the word. That is helpful in this moment.
