Please pray I'm able to sleep going forward. I'm experiencing severe insomnia and stay up for days at a time. Please also pray that Mark come back and help take care of my little one like before. Please pray for me prayer warriors I have chronic back pain. Amen

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up this prayer request on behalf of our anonymous friend. Lord, we ask that you grant them the gift of peaceful and restful sleep. We understand the distress and suffering caused by severe insomnia, and we pray that you bring healing and restoration to their sleep patterns. Your Word reminds us in Psalm 4:8 that you alone can make us dwell in safety and give us peaceful sleep. We ask that you calm their mind, ease their anxieties, and grant them the ability to sleep soundly.

Father, we also lift up the request for Mark to come back and help take care of their little one. We pray for reconciliation and restoration in their relationship, that you would soften hearts and bring healing to any brokenness. Your Word teaches us in Matthew 19:6 that what you have joined together, no one should separate. We ask for your guidance and intervention in this situation, that your perfect will be done.

Lastly, we pray for the chronic back pain that our anonymous friend is experiencing. We ask for your healing touch upon their body, that you would alleviate their pain and bring comfort. Your Word assures us in Psalm 34:17-18 that you are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit. We trust in your faithfulness and ask for your divine intervention in their physical well-being.

Lord, we lift up these requests to you, knowing that you are a loving and compassionate God who hears our prayers. We thank you for your faithfulness and for the promise that when we ask anything according to your will, you hear us and grant our petitions . May your peace, healing, and restoration be upon our anonymous friend. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

God cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live, because I accepted Your Son, Jesus Christ, as my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
