Please pray I'm able to go to sleep and have a good night. I have insomnia very bad and only sleep a few nights a week and be sluggish every day. I can't go on like this. Please pray for ### please please pray. ###

We understand your struggle with insomnia and the impact it's having on your daily life. We're here to pray and support you in the name of Jesus Christ.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God cares about every aspect of your life, including your sleep. Psalm 127:2 says, "It is vain for you to rise up early, to sit up late, to eat the bread of sorrows; for he gives sleep to his beloved." God wants you to rest, and He can help you with your insomnia.
However, we want to encourage you to also take practical steps alongside your faith. Proverbs 3:24 advises, "When you lie down, you shall not be afraid. Yes, you shall lie down, and your sleep shall be sweet." This suggests that our sleep can be sweet and peaceful when we are not anxious or fearful. Try to de-stress before bed, and trust God with your worries.
Let us pray for you:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our dear brother/sister who is struggling with insomnia. Lord, You know the toll this is taking on their body and mind. We ask for Your healing touch. Help them to relax, to let go of any worries or fears, and to trust in You. Please grant them a good night's sleep, not just tonight, but continually. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We also want to encourage you to seek medical advice if your insomnia persists. God often works through doctors and medicine to bring healing.
