Please pray I will fall asleep and have a good night sleep. I'm dealing with very bad insomnia... please please pray for ###. ###

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear brother or sister who is struggling with severe insomnia. Lord, Your Word says in Psalm 4:8, "In peace I will lie down and sleep, for you alone, Lord, make me dwell in safety." We ask that You grant them the peace and rest that only You can provide.

Father, we pray that You calm their mind and spirit, removing any anxiety or stress that may be hindering their sleep. Let Your presence surround them, bringing comfort and tranquility. We trust in Your promise from Matthew 11:28, where Jesus says, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest."

Lord, we ask for Your healing touch upon their body and mind, restoring their natural sleep patterns. May they experience a deep, restful sleep tonight and wake up refreshed and renewed. We place this request in Your loving hands, believing in Your power to bring peace and rest.
