I do ask for the love and comfort of The Father of all comforts for you, as well as prescribe reading Philippians Chapter Two well and if you are able, the entire short epistle (4 chapters). A good follow- up is 2 Corinthians -- if you are tired and can find an audio version through Bible App or elsewhere, these two give much needed perspective and explain not only the gift of salvation but our roles as Ambassadors of God and the subtleties of negotiating through life, its attacks and the (short term, temporal) consequences incurred for living for Christ here on earth (guilt and condemnation are the first of an artillery of weapons from the dark usurper, (all of which ploys are negated by truth of reward for suffering incomparable to the suffering of serving The One True God Himself), in Jesus' NamePlease pray I may be able to fully deal with these continual condemning thoughts I often struggle with that often make me feel guilt ridden. That I may fully embrace my true forgiven identity and position in Christ... Without guilt & condemnation... Thanks. Rob. WA
My friend in prayer--condemning thoughts only come from attachment to the past. Guilt is weakening your power because it's the lowest word for your spirit. You my friend have courage and you're about to get stronger. Courage is what it took to reach out and ask for help. Courage is where your power is coming up. Christ forgave you and me and everyone 2000 years ago. You're golden. God doesn't condemn therefore there's nothing to forgive. You are golden. You can now go neutral. Neutrality becomes very positive because it's going to release you from the lower levels you've been struggling to get out of. You've been polarized by the world. Feeling vulnerable and feeling depleted of energy. Become unattached to outcomes. No more judgment and fear or frustration. If things don't work out then tomorrow they will! Be flexible and loose. You're going to have a sense of well-being. This is a level of safety. You're going to be more comfortable. You can value your freedom. Next will be willingness but for now just enjoy the first two. God is healing you and giving you your personal power back. As men we have all these programs from our childhood that we never get completely free of. We have 3 beings in us. The child-- the adult--the parent. We have to take care of the child to be the adult. Think of the parent as God. Why do you think we call him our Father? To create a future we gotta say goodbye to our past. It takes diligence but it can be done. You've been firing the same thoughts over and over and over again for years. But through prayer and visualization you can erase the past and create your future. Almost instantly. Actually instantly. I can recommend some helpful things to study. First just let this sink in. If you want to know more about it just post again. I'm simply a philosophical cowboy/horseman out here in New Mexico. I've faced tremendous adversity. I just went through the darkness myself. But it was one of the most powerful things I could ever do. But I didn't do it alone. God. God healed some old wounds. You're healing. But this time no quick fixes. More later. God bless. LovePlease pray I may be able to fully deal with these continual condemning thoughts I often struggle with that often make me feel guilt ridden.
