Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of Taeweth. We lift up this prayer request to you, Lord, asking for your guidance and strength. We pray that you would help Taeweth overcome the desire to buy cigarettes. We know that addiction can be a difficult battle, but we believe in your power to bring freedom and deliverance. Your Word says in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, "Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body." We ask that you would empower Taeweth to honor you with their body and make choices that align with your will.
Additionally, Lord, we lift up the upcoming operation to you. We pray for a successful procedure and a smooth recovery. We ask for your wisdom to guide the hands of the medical professionals involved and for your healing touch upon Taeweth's body. Your Word assures us in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and your wounds I will heal, declares the Lord." We trust in your faithfulness and ask for your divine intervention in this situation.
Lord, we thank you for hearing our prayers and for your love and care for Taeweth. We pray that you would grant them the strength and perseverance to overcome the temptation to buy cigarettes and that you would bring healing and restoration through the upcoming operation.
