We understand that you're going through a difficult time, Tiffy, and we want you to know that we're here to support and pray with you. We appreciate your continued belief that Jesus struggled like we do.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God is always with you, even in the most challenging times. As it says in WEB:
"Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for Yahweh your God goes with you. He will not fail you nor forsake you." Deuteronomy 31:6
"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest." Matthew 11:28
It's important to remember that God's timing is perfect. Even when the job market seems bleak, trust that He has a plan for you. We will pray that God opens the right doors for you and that you will find a job that suits your skills and needs.
"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11
Regarding your brother, continue to be patient and pray for him. It's possible that he doesn't understand the reality of the job market or the extent of your job search efforts. Remember, it's not your job to convince him, but to follow God's will and trust that He will provide.
"Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we do not give up." Galatians 6:9
We also want to address the anger you're feeling. It's normal to feel frustrated in difficult circumstances, but remember that God calls us to trust in Him and to cast our anxieties on Him.
"Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God." Philippians 4:6
Lastly, we want to encourage you to keep reading your Bible. It's a source of comfort, guidance, and strength. As you delve deeper into God's word, you'll find that Jesus faced many struggles and trials during His time on earth, but He trusted in God's plan. We can learn from His example.
"For to this you were called, because Christ also suffered for us, leaving you an example, that you should follow his steps." 1 Peter 2:21
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our sister Tiffy. We pray that You would comfort her and guide her during this difficult time. We ask that You would open up the job market and provide her with a job that suits her needs. We pray for her brother, that You would soften his heart and help him to understand Tiffy's situation. We also pray that You would help Tiffy to manage her anger and trust in Your plan.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
