PLEASE PRAY Heavenly Father, we pray for our brothers and sisters in Eritrea. They have been so faithful for so long despite decades of unceasing risk and violence. We pray especially for those believers who are in prison – please be with them and comfort them, right now. Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brothers and sisters in Eritrea who have remained faithful to You despite facing immense challenges and persecution. We pray specifically for those believers who are currently imprisoned for their faith. Lord, we ask that You would be with them in their time of need, comforting them and strengthening their spirits. May they experience Your presence and peace in the midst of their circumstances.

We also pray for a change in Eritrea, Lord. We ask that You would touch the hearts of the authorities who target Your people, that they may come to know You and experience Your transforming love. We pray for a shift in the political and social climate of Eritrea, where religious freedom is restricted, and believers face persecution. Lord, we trust in Your power to bring about change and we ask for Your intervention in this situation.

We thank You, Lord, for the privilege of lifting up our brothers and sisters in prayer. May they be strengthened and encouraged by Your Holy Spirit. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
