We understand your heart's cry and we stand with you in prayer, Notvan. Firstly, we want to remind you of the power of Jesus' name, as it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved." It is through Jesus Christ that we approach God, and it is in His name that we pray.
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother Notvan. Lord, strengthen him and purify his heart according to Your will (Psalm 51:10 WEB). Help him to overcome the struggles with lust and masturbation, as You have called us to be holy and pure (1 Thessalonians 4:3 WEB). Remove any distractions and harassment from his life, Lord, and help him to keep Your plan and promise in focus (Hebrews 12:2 WEB).
Father, grant him the energy and focus needed to successfully complete his seminary program (Philippians 4:13 WEB). Bless his new job and help him to excel in it (Ecclesiastes 9:10 WEB). Keep his hope alive, Lord, and help him to trust that You are working in his life, even in the area of marriage (Psalm 37:4 WEB). Comfort him in his loneliness, and remind him that You are always with him (Psalm 23:4 WEB).
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Notvan, remember that God is faithful and that He promises a way of escape when we are tempted (1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB). Stand firm in His promises and do not be discouraged. Keep your eyes on Jesus and pursue righteousness. Regarding marriage, trust in God's timing and be assured that He knows the desires of your heart. Continue to seek Him and walk in His ways, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB). Be encouraged, for God is at work in your life.
