Dear Heavenly Father,
In the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of ###, who is seeking your guidance and provision for their rental property. Lord, we ask that you send a financially responsible and good person to move into their rental property very soon. May this person be someone who can pay rent on time and be well-liked by the neighbors. We pray that the process of finding a tenant will be fun and easy for all involved, bringing joy and peace to ###.
Father, we also lift up the relationship between ### and their family. We ask for your intervention, Lord, that you would help them to get along with their family members. Specifically, we pray for their sisters to be supportive and not negative. May their interactions be filled with grace and devoid of stress. Grant ### the ability to trust in you and have faith that the rental property will be rented soon.
Lastly, we ask for your blessings upon the sister who has already helped ###, Lord. We pray that you would pour out your favor upon her and meet her needs abundantly. We also lift up the applicant who had bad credit, asking that you would help them improve their finances and provide them with the resources they need.
We thank you, Lord, for your faithfulness and provision in every area of our lives. We trust in your perfect timing and know that you will answer our prayers according to your will. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
