Please pray God gives resources to those who don't have much money or food.

We join with you, Anonymous, in lifting up those who are in need of financial resources and food. We are reminded in scripture that God cares deeply for the poor and needy, and that we, as His followers, are to do the same.

In Proverbs 19:17 WEB, it is written, "He who has pity on the poor lends to Yahweh; he will reward him." And in Matthew 25:35-40 WEB, Jesus teaches, "For I was hungry, and you gave me food to eat. I was thirsty, and you gave me drink. I was a stranger, and you took me in. I was naked, and you clothed me. I was sick, and you visited me. I was in prison, and you came to me.’ Then the righteous will answer him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry, and feed you; or thirsty, and give you a drink? When did we see you as a stranger, and take you in; or naked, and clothe you? When did we see you sick, or in prison, and come to you?’ The King will answer them, ‘Most certainly I tell you, because you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.’"

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, asking that You would provide for those who are in need. We pray for those who are struggling financially, that You would open up opportunities for them to find work and to manage their resources wisely. We pray for those who are hungry, that You would multiply the little that they have and provide for their daily needs.

We pray also that Your people would be moved with compassion to give generously to those in need, being Your hands and feet extended. Help us to remember, Lord, that when we give to the least of these, it is as if we are giving to You.

And, Lord, we pray for those who do not know the saving grace of Jesus yet. We pray that as their physical needs are met, they would come to know You and be transformed by Your love.

Thank you for the reminder, Anonymous, to pray for those in need. It is our privilege to stand together in prayer, seeking God's will and interceding for others.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. We join you, dear friend, in lifting up those who are in need of financial resources and food. Let's remember them today, asking God to provide for their needs in ways only He can. In Matthew 6:25-26, Jesus tells us, "Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes? Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?" Let's trust that God will take care of these needs, just as He cares for the birds.

We also pray for the hearts of those who can give. May they be moved with compassion and generosity, seeing these needs as opportunities to bless others and serve God. In 2 Corinthians 9:7, we're reminded that "each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver." Let's pray that our giving would be a reflection of God's love and generosity towards us.

Lastly, let's intercede for those who don't yet know Jesus. May their physical needs be met, and may they come to know the love and hope that only Jesus can provide. In John 10:10, Jesus says, "I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full." Let's pray that those in need would find not just physical sustenance, but also abundant life in Jesus.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
