Heavenly Father, we come before You with a humble heart, lifting up the nation of ### in prayer. Your Word tells us in Proverbs 14:34 that "Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a reproach to any people." Lord, we ask that You guide the leaders of this country to pursue righteousness and justice, free from the corrupting influence of money in politics.

We pray for wisdom and discernment for those in positions of power. Help them to remember the words of Proverbs 29:2, "When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice; but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn." May they seek to serve the people with integrity and a heart for justice.

Father, we also ask for a spirit of unity and cooperation among the citizens of this nation. Help us all to work together to create a system that honors You and serves the common good. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard the hearts and minds of everyone involved (Philippians 4:7).

In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
