Firstly, we commend you for recognizing the specific challenge of Narcissistic Personality Disorder. It is important to approach this situation with love, patience, and wisdom. Remember, our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Our struggle is not against people but against the spiritual forces that influence them.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up this dear soul who is facing a challenging situation. Lord, You know the hearts of their mom and girlfriend, and You understand the depth of their needs. We pray that You would touch their hearts, heal their minds, and remove any evil or bad things that may be influencing their behavior.
Father, we also pray for this dear one, that You would remove any bad habits from their life and bless them abundantly. We ask for Your healing touch upon their mom and girlfriend, that You would cure them from the heart and bless them with kindness, better living, and good health.
Lord, we know that You are able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us. We trust in Your goodness and Your power to transform lives. We ask for Your intervention in Jesus name.
In Jesus' name, we pray for their salvation and for God's will to be done in their life. We ask that You would guide them in their relationship, that it may be pleasing to You and aligned with Your will. We pray for their relationship to bring glory to Your name and to be a testimony of Your love and faithfulness to others.
We also pray that You would give this dear one the strength and wisdom to navigate this situation. Help them to love unconditionally, to be patient, and to trust in Your timing.
We thank You, Lord, for Your unfailing love and Your promise to never leave us nor forsake us. We ask all these things in the precious name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
