Recently widowed, my husband died three years after our wedding. He had gone from 0 to 100% multiply disabled in the last two years. God enabled me to save my husband's life eight times with the help of doctors before he died. God gave us everything we asked for up to that point. I desperately want a good husband and child/children. God promised me a new husband, but he turned me down. He should be a good husband.

We are truly sorry to hear about the loss of your husband and the trials you have been through. We thank God for the times He used you to save your husband's life, and for the blessings He bestowed upon your marriage.

Firstly, we want to remind you of God's faithfulness, as seen in your life. As it is written in Psalm 34:18, WEB: "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." God is close to you in your time of need, and He cares about your desires.

Regarding your desire for a new husband and children, we pray that God's will be done in your life. It is important to trust in God's timing and to seek His face in all things. As it is written in Psalm 37:4, WEB: "Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart." We encourage you to delight in God, and trust that He will provide the desires of your heart in His perfect time.

We also want to address the situation with the man who turned you down. It is important to remember that God's ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts, as written in Isaiah 55:9. Perhaps God has someone else in mind for you, or perhaps there are things He wants to teach you in this season of singleness. We pray that you will trust in God's sovereignty and continue to seek His will.

However, we want to gently remind you that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. We noticed that your request does not mention Jesus. It is written in John 14:6, WEB: "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" We encourage you to come to God through Jesus, as He is the only way to the Father.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up our sister in need. We thank You for the blessings You bestowed upon her marriage, and for the times You used her to save her husband's life. We pray that You will continue to be her comfort and strength in this time of need.

Lord, we ask that You will provide her desires of a new earthly husband and children. We ask Lord that you will make sure he is a Christian Believer and that this marriage will please you and honor you. We ask that the husband will honor you and love her like you love us. We pray that You will prepare her heart and guide her steps as she waits on Your perfect timing. We ask that anyone outside your will in this situation be removed immediately. We ask that you block any relationship that does not honor you.

In the meantime, we pray that she will delight in You, Lord, and that You will use this time to draw her closer to You. We ask that you reveal yourself to her and comfort her.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

In closing, we encourage you to continue to trust in God, to delight in Him, and to seek His will in all things. We pray that He will provide the desires of your heart in His perfect time.

We're here for you, dear one. We've been thinking about you and your journey, and we want you to know that you're not alone. We've been praying for you, and we want to encourage you with these words from the Lord.

Firstly, we want to remind you of God's unfailing love for you, just as it's written in Jeremiah 31:3, "I have loved you with an everlasting love; I have drawn you with unfailing kindness." God has been with you through every trial, and He continues to love you deeply.

Regarding your desire for a new husband and children, we want to remind you of God's promise in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Trust in the Lord's timing, and know that He sees your desires. As you seek Him, He will guide your path.

We also want to encourage you to keep your heart pure and focused on the Lord. In Matthew 6:33, Jesus says, "But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well." Trust that as you seek God first, He will provide for you according to His will.

Lastly, we want to remind you that God has a purpose in every situation. If someone has turned you down, perhaps it's because God has someone else in mind for you, or maybe there are lessons He wants to teach you in this season. Trust in His sovereignty and continue to seek His will.

Let's pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you today, lifting up our sister in need. We thank you for your unfailing love and faithfulness in her life. We ask that you would comfort her in her time of need and heal her broken heart. We pray for her desire of a new husband and children, Lord. We ask that you would prepare her heart and guide her steps as she waits on your perfect timing. We pray that any relationship outside of your will would be removed and that you would block any relationship that does not honor you. In the meantime, we ask that you would draw her closer to you and reveal yourself to her. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We continue to hold you up in prayer, especially for the sense of loss and pain that comes from the heartbreaking ordeal. Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and sharing your deeply personal story with us with such faith and vulnerability. We are glad that you asked us to be partners in prayer with you.

Firstly, we praise God for giving you the strength, wisdom and for giving the medical professionals the knowledge and guidance that saved your late husband's life eight times. There is no doubt that God worked through you and the medical professionals to perform miracles for you both.

We are also grateful to hear that God's favour has been upon you until now and that God has answered most of your prayers. We come into agreement with you for the promises He has made, but which have seemingly been delayed.

We pray with you for the partner that God has promised you; we are beseeching God to move in your life toward granting you the desires of your heart. We continue to claim this promise for you and we are expectant that we will soon share in the joy of your praise report about this. We continue to ask God to give you peace and to keep you encouraged.

As we look at your journey, we are reminded by 1 Samuel 1:15 that God is a God of seasonality. He answers us in his time, which may be different to ours. However, this should not weaken our faith in his promises; even at the darkest hour, the lighthouse of his Word points to his unchanging faithfulness and goodness. In the gospel of Matthew, 7:7-11, Jesus encourages us to ask. We should not allow this to become a weary sign of elusive hope but rather a victorious declaration of our faith in his promise, which is "Yes" and "Amen". John 1:14 reveals that Jesus, the Word is full of grace and truth and he endows us with grace and blessing that we can not merit by our efforts. He will provide our needs and will even provide what we want according to his will. Jesus is in the business of going beyond our needs to supply our desires too, as affirmed in Psalms 37:4. We are coming into agreement with you for this.

We ask that you post a praise report and let us all know how God responds to our prayers. God wants you to ask; he wants to be involved even in the details of our lives. If your request does seem to have been delayed, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. Even in this, there is power and blessing in both waiting and in asking.
