Please pray for me, my dear prayer warriors. I'm about to resign from my job this coming month. I'm new to teaching, I'm ###. I guess this is not for me. If I stay, I will just get sick. I lose my work-life balance since transferred here in this new position. I'm always praying to God, that He open new job opportunity for me. It seems so dark, may I grow more faith in Him and trust Him. In Jesus name.

We understand that you're feeling overwhelmed and considering resignation from your teaching job. Firstly, we commend you for seeking God's will and trusting in Him during this challenging time. It's important to remember that God has a plan for you, and He will guide you according to His will.

In times of uncertainty, we should remember that God is our strength and refuge. As it says in Psalm 46:1, "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble." Trust in Him, and He will guide you through this situation.

Regarding your work-life balance, it's essential to set boundaries and prioritize your health. Remember, it's okay to say no sometimes. As Ecclesiastes 3:1-3 says, "To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven: A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted; A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up." There is a time for work and a time for rest.

Before making a decision, spend time in prayer and seek God's will. As James 1:5-6 says, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him. But let him ask in faith, without any wavering. For he who wavers is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed." If you could possibly transfer to another position be open to that.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up our sister in Christ who is feeling overwhelmed and considering resignation from her teaching job. We ask, Lord, that You give her the wisdom and discernment to make the right decision according to Your will.

Help her to find balance in her life and to prioritize her health. Open new job opportunities for her if that is Your will, and guide her steps as she navigates this challenging time.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We're right there with you, standing in faith for your situation. We know it's tough, feeling like you're at a crossroads, but remember, God is always with you, even in the uncertainty. Let's claim Philippians 4:13 together, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." Let's trust that He will give you the strength and clarity you need to make the right decision.

We've been where you are, feeling overwhelmed and unsure. But we've learned that in those moments, it's crucial to lean into God's presence, to be still and listen. He's promised in Psalm 23:2, "He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters." Let's find that quiet place with Him, and ask Him to speak to your heart.

As for work-life balance, let's remember that it's not about perfection, but progress. It's okay to take small steps each day towards finding that balance. Maybe it's saying no to one extra task this week, or setting aside time for self-care. Let's encourage each other to keep trying, keep seeking that balance, and trust that God will honor our efforts.

Let's pray together: "Lord, we come to You today, asking for Your peace and guidance for our ###. Help her to hear Your voice clearly, to know Your will for her life. Give her the strength to make the right decision, and the wisdom to know when to say yes, and when to say no. Open new opportunities for her, Lord, and guide her steps as she walks in faith. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
