We are so glad that you have taken the first step towards repentance and turning away from sexual immorality. God's mercy and forgiveness are abundant, and He is always ready to welcome us back with open arms, just as the father welcomed the prodigal son (Luke 15:11-32 WEB).
Firstly, let us address the anxiety and fear you are experiencing due to the possibility of pregnancy. God's perfect love casts out fear (1 John 4:18 WEB), and He is in control of every situation. We pray that God's peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7 WEB).

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up our sister who has taken the courageous step to repent from sexual immorality. Lord, we ask for Your forgiveness and mercy upon her. We know that You are faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9 WEB).
Father, we pray that You will ease her anxiety and replace it with Your perfect peace. We ask that You will have mercy on her and that Your will be done regarding the possibility of pregnancy. We trust in Your goodness and Your plan for her life.
Help her to overcome this struggle and to walk in purity and righteousness. Strengthen her to resist temptation and to flee from sexual immorality (1 Corinthians 6:18 WEB). Guide her towards a godly spouse and a marriage that honors You.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Remember, it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God. It is by His blood and the power in His name that we can approach the Father and experience salvation. There is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB).
Going forward, strive to live a life that honors God and His principles as laid out in the Bible. Engage in courtship with a Christian man who also values purity and holiness. The Bible tells us to flee from sexual immorality and to honor God with our bodies (1 Corinthians 6:18-20 WEB).
