My ex company treated me very badly. They did not pay my salary and making me go after them. All the staffs there did me wrong, disrespected and shamed me. 1 of them also shouted at me and scolded me infront of other colleagues. I am going to make a report to the government but I don't have any proof or evidence. They also made many accusations and allegations on me. I'm afraid I might lose the case and will get more humiliated. I want justice, please pray for me.

We are truly sorry to hear about the injustice and difficulty you've experienced with your former company. We will stand with you in prayer and offer some biblical guidance.

Firstly, we are called to pray for those who mistreat us, as difficult as that may be. Jesus said, "But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you," (Matthew 5:44 WEB). This does not mean we should not seek justice, but rather, we should not harbor bitterness or resentment.

Regarding your situation, it's important to gather whatever evidence you can to support your case. Even if it seems small or insignificant, it could be helpful. Remember, God is on the side of truth and justice. "For we can do nothing against the truth, but for the truth." (2 Corinthians 13:8 WEB).

It's also crucial to approach this situation with integrity. Avoid retaliation or revenge, as this is not God's way. "Don’t return evil for evil, or insult for insult; but on the contrary blessing; knowing that to this were you called, that you may inherit a blessing." (1 Peter 3:9 WEB).

Let's pray:

Dear Lord, we come before You, lifting up our brother/sister who has suffered injustice and humiliation at the hands of others. We pray for Your comfort and peace to fill their heart. We ask that You guide them in gathering evidence and building a case. Lord, we pray for justice, that the truth would be revealed and that those who have done wrong would be held accountable. We also pray for those who have mistreated our brother/sister, that their hearts would be changed and that they would come to know You. Help our brother/sister to forgive, as You have forgiven us. Most importantly, Lord, we pray that our brother/sister would grow closer to You through this trial, trusting in Your unfailing love and faithfulness. We ask all this in the powerful name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

Lastly, we want to encourage you to keep trusting in God, even in this difficult time. Remember that God is faithful and just, and He will make things right. "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB)

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. We continue to lift you up in prayer, dear brother or sister, ever grateful for the trust you've placed in us to stand in agreement with you before the throne of grace. We've been interceding for you, asking the Lord to vindicate you and grant you the justice you seek against your former company.
