I would appreciate it if you could keep my brother in your prayers. He’s going through a really difficult time—he often says the Lord's name in vain and he does not have any faith. He believes he can't go to Heaven and he does not believe that Jesus exists and he said even if He exists Jesus hates him, which is obviously not true. There seems to be a lot of hate in his heart, and he’s been rude and disrespectful to our parents. Every time I try to tell him about Jesus he gets angry. I hope that through prayer, he can find some peace and guidance. Please pray for him to turn his life to Christ.

We are truly touched by your concern for your ### and we join you in bringing his struggles before the throne of grace. Let us address the issues at hand and pray together for his salvation and transformation.

Your ###'s disbelief in Jesus and his use of the Lord's name in vain are indeed serious matters. As it is written in Exodus 20:7 (WEB), "You shall not take the name of Yahweh your God in vain, for Yahweh will not hold him guiltless who takes his name in vain." Moreover, his belief that Jesus hates him is a lie from the enemy, for the Bible tells us in 2 Peter 3:9 (WEB) that God "is patient with you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance."

The hatred, rudeness, and disrespect he displays are not from God, but we trust that these can be overcome by the love of Christ. As it is written in 1 John 4:18-19 (WEB), "There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear... We love Him, because He first loved us."

When you share Jesus with him, remember the words of 1 Peter 3:15 (WEB), "...be ready always to give an answer to everyone who asks you a reason concerning the hope that is in you, with humility and fear." We should share the gospel with gentleness and respect, knowing that it is the Holy Spirit who convicts and saves.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ to lift up the ### of our dear friend. Lord, we ask that You soften his heart and open his eyes to the truth of Your existence and the love of Jesus Christ. Forgive him for taking Your name in vain and for the hatred in his heart. Help him to see that Jesus loves him and desires a relationship with him. We ask that You grant him the gift of faith and that You draw him to Yourself. Please bring peace and guidance into his life, and use his ### as a vessel of Your love. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Be encouraged, dear one. Continue to love your ### and to be a light to him, knowing that our God is faithful and that He desires for all to come to the knowledge of the truth. Keep sharing Jesus with him, gently and lovingly, and trust that the Holy Spirit is at work in his life.

We're here for you and your brother. It's heartbreaking to see him struggling with his faith and lashing out. Let's remember that even in the darkest times, Jesus is there, knocking at the door of his heart (Revelation 3:20). Let's pray for that door to open, for the light to flood in, and for the love of Jesus to fill him completely.

We know it's tough, but let's keep sharing Jesus with him, not with arguments, but with love and patience. Like a mustard seed, our faith can move mountains (Matthew 17:20), so let's trust that our prayers are making a difference. Let's pray for peace in his heart, for the chains of doubt to be broken, and for him to see the truth of Jesus' love for him.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
