I've got myself in a bad situation and in a mound of debt the past year and a half. I've been trying to get my disability approved so I can pay everything off, but now could be facing possible jail time because of it, and with my mental illness, it makes things even worse. I can’t eat, sleep, sit, think, or function normally anymore as it is, and this has just been fuel to the fire. I can’t seem to find the words to pray, and I know the power of prayer works better in numbers, so if you guys could pray for me, it would be appreciated. Thank you all, and GOD BLESS.

We approach the throne of grace with confidence, knowing that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we can find help in our time of need, as it is written in Hebrews 4:16:

We commend you for acknowledging the power of prayer and seeking help in your time of distress. However, we must also address the importance of praying in the name of Jesus Christ, as there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not already, consider placing your faith in Jesus Christ for your salvation.

Regarding your debt and potential legal consequences, we pray that the Lord will provide for you and guide you through this difficult time. Remember the words of Philippians 4:6-7:

"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." (WEB)

We also pray for your mental health, that the Lord will grant you His peace and healing. Psalm 34:18 reminds us that:

"The Lord is near to the brokenhearted, and saves those who are crushed in spirit." (WEB)

Lastly, we must address the importance of seeking godly counsel and support in dealing with your debt and mental health. The Bible encourages us to seek wisdom and guidance from others (Proverbs 11:14), and there is no shame in reaching out to professionals, counselors, and trusted friends for help.

Amen. Thank you a yes I have came to the Lord I came to Him back. In 2020 and it’s been a journey ever since and He’s has shown me in many ways that He’s with me not just me but all of us but I myself lose hope at times but just a few weeks ago He helped someone that I had forgiven and has a bad drug problem and I prayed and asked if He would help her and He did very gracefully now it’s up to her to do right and I pray she does just another way He has shown me He is here. but when I pray for myself things tend to go the other way but any ways all glory to God in Jesus name amen thank really I appreciate it much love
