I currently have an awful cough and cannot sleep or do much. I seem to be sick all the time of late and am struggling to keep up with work and life. I just wish I could be a little healthier and get some energy back.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of ###, who is currently experiencing an awful cough and constant sickness. Lord, we lift up ###'s health to you and ask for your healing touch upon their body. Your Word says in Psalm 103:3, "He forgives all my sins and heals all my diseases." We believe in your power to heal and restore.

Father, we pray that you would grant ### relief from this cough and restore their strength and energy. Help them to find restful sleep and rejuvenation. Your Word reminds us in Isaiah 40:31, "But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint." We ask for renewed strength and vitality for ###, enabling them to fulfill their responsibilities and enjoy life to the fullest.

Lord, we also pray for wisdom and guidance for ### in taking care of their health. Show them any necessary changes they may need to make in their lifestyle or habits to promote wellness. Help them to prioritize self-care and seek appropriate medical attention if needed.

Above all, we trust in your perfect plan and timing. We surrender ###'s health into your hands, knowing that you are a faithful and loving God. May ###'s testimony be a witness to your grace and healing power.

Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always obey You, respect You, and honor You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
