Heavenly Father,

We come to you in prayer on behalf of ###, who is travelling alone. We ask that you would be with her, Lord, and provide her with protection and peace of mind. We pray that you would give her strength and courage to face any challenges that may come her way. We also ask that you would provide her with the necessary medical care and attention she needs to manage her diabetes and high blood pressure.

We thank you for your faithfulness and ask that you would be with ### every step of the way. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
