Please pray for us. We have been trying to sell our home to downsize for a very long time. We finally got a buyer and an offer which we accepted. The offer was for less than what we wanted and were hoping to sell for but with interests rates going up we did not want to wait much longer. The buyers had the home and pest inspection done yesterday. Please pray that there wont be anyrhing big or expensive things for us to have to fix and that buyers wont be demandong or expecting too much. Aldo for the buyer's agent that he will discourage unreasonable demands. Also on Friday they will be doing the appraisal. Please please pray that the home will appraise for at least the selling price snd even more and we wont have any issues or problems eith appraisal
