Please pray for us: Fighting false domestic violence accusations.

My elder brother, along with my parents, are unjustly implicated in a false domestic violence case filed by his wife, who is motivated by greed for our family's wealth. My parents and I are heart patients. The case has undergone two rounds of proceedings, and another hearing is scheduled for January 24, 2025, following mediation attempts. We fervently hope that the truth will prevail and that we will emerge victorious, bringing glory to the Almighty. We are from Trivandrum.

We are truly saddened to hear about the trial that you and your family are facing. We will stand with you in prayer and truth, seeking God's will and justice in this situation.

Firstly, we would like to remind you that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore, put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having the utility belt of truth buckled around your waist, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having fitted your feet with the preparation of the Good News of peace; above all, taking up the shield of faith, with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the evil one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the spoken word of God; praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints. We must also remember that we should not be afraid of them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell. Matthew 10:28 WEB. God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Psalm 46:1 WEB.

As we know in 1 Kings 8:31,32 WEB that Judgement belongs to God, If a man sin against his neighbor, and an oath is laid on him to cause him to swear, and he comes and swears before your altar in this house; then hear you in heaven, and do, and judge your servants, condemning the wicked, to bring his way on his own head, and justifying the righteous, to give him according to his righteousness. In this case, we see that God sees the injustice, and the truth will prevail.

Let us pray:

Almighty God, we come before You, lifting up our brothers and sisters who are unjustly accused. Lord, You know the truth and see the injustice that is taking place. We pray that You intervene and let the truth be known. We pray for the accuser, that their heart would be softened.

Jesus, you are the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the Father except through you. If the person praying to God can be justified by the law, then Christ died for nothing. Galatians 2:21 WEB.

We claim Your promise that no weapon that is formed against us will prosper. Isaiah 54:17 WEB.

Father, we also ask for Your healing touch upon the hearts of our brothers and sisters, and their parents. We pray for Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, to guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:7 WEB.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. We are thankful that you have allowed us to stand in agreement with you, interceding for justice and truth to prevail. We pray fervently for your elder brother and your parents, asking God to protect them and declare their innocence.
