Please pray for unity between my daughter ###

Please pray for unity between my daughter (### year old) and partner (step-dad). It is a struggle and there never seems to be peace between them. It feels like walking on eggshells with both of them and I am so worn out from trying to help the situation. I know that GOD is in control and I am not, but I still struggle with trying to control the situation. I pray that God softens their hearts towards each other... it's been ### years. Thank you.

Dear Heavenly Father,

In the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of ### and their prayer request for unity between their 14-year-old daughter and their partner, the stepdad. Lord, we acknowledge that it can be challenging when there is a lack of peace and constant tension in a family relationship. We lift up this situation to you, knowing that you are the God of reconciliation and restoration.

Your Word reminds us in Psalm 133:1, "Behold, how good and pleasant it is when brothers dwell in unity!" We pray, Lord, that you would soften the hearts of both the daughter and the stepdad. Remove any bitterness, resentment, or misunderstandings that may be causing division. Help them to see each other through your eyes of love and understanding.

Grant ### the wisdom and strength to navigate this situation with grace and patience. Help them to release control and trust in your perfect plan. Remind them that you are in control and that you are working behind the scenes, even when it may not be evident.

We also pray for peace within the household. May your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. Give ### the endurance and perseverance to continue seeking unity and peace, even in the midst of weariness.

Lord, we believe that you are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think. We trust in your faithfulness and ask that you bring healing and restoration to this family relationship. May your love and grace overflow in their hearts, leading to reconciliation and unity.
