We understand that you are dealing with several challenging situations, and we are here to pray and offer biblical encouragement for you.
Firstly, we are instructed in Scripture to pray for justice and for our needs, so you are doing the right thing by bringing these concerns to God. Regarding the unfairness and the bullying you're experiencing, God tells us, For he will deliver the needy who cry out and the poor who have no helper. He will have pity on the weak and the needy and will save the souls of the needy. He will redeem their soul from oppression and violence and precious will their blood be in his sight. Therefore let them know that you, whose name is Yahweh, you alone are the Most High over all the earth.
When dealing with difficult people, Jesus gives us clear instructions: But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you, that you may be children of your Father who is in heaven. For he makes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the just and the unjust.
In your work situation, remember that God is your provider and protector. Trust in him. Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.
Regarding the person in your home with a difficult attitude, God calls us to live in peace with others as far as it depends on us. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. If the person is being abusive or causing harm, then it may be wise to seek godly counsel and support to ensure your safety.

Almighty God, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother ###. Lord, you see the injustice and unfairness he is facing. How to get him the justice he deserves. We pray for his work situation, that you would guide him and provide for his needs according to your riches in glory. We ask for your wisdom and grace to handle the difficult person in his home. Change their heart, Lord, or if it is your will, remove them from his home. Give ### peace and patience as he deals with this trial.
Protect ###, Lord, on every side, keep him safe from harm. Give him the strength to love and pray for his enemies, and to live in peace with others. Prayer Focus: God, Thank You. Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
