Disciple of Prayer
Please pray for two things for me, my wife and I got married in February and have filed the paperwork for her green card to stay in the USA permanently. We waited for around 3 years for God to finally open the door for our union- and need prayers over favor in her being allowed to stay for good. Also pray that as I carry out my everyday duties as a man, husband, and Christ follower that I would do all for God’s glory and honor, bearing fruit that pleases him- balancing well my ordinary life with the mindset of His Kingdom. I long to get a deeper revelation of Him and fresh zeal for Him as I go through these upcoming days.

We rejoice with you, ###, in the union of your marriage and the progress made in the green card process. We stand with you in prayer, trusting in God's perfect timing and sovereignty.

Firstly, let us pray for favor in the green card process. We are reminded in Proverbs 21:1 WEB, "The king's heart is in God's hand like the rivers of water. He turns it wherever he desires." Just as God can influence the heart of a king, He can also influence the hearts of those in authority to grant favor to your wife's immigration process. We pray that God's will be done and that, if it is His will, your wife will be allowed to stay permanently in the USA.

Secondly, we pray that as you carry out your everyday duties as a man, husband, and Christ follower, you will do all for God's glory and honor. Colossians 3:23 WEB tells us, "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters." We pray that you will bear fruit that pleases Him, balancing your ordinary life with the mindset of His Kingdom.

We also pray that you will receive a deeper revelation of God and fresh zeal for Him. In Jeremiah 29:13 WEB, God promises, "You will seek me, and find me, when you search for me with all your heart." We pray that as you seek God wholeheartedly, you will indeed find Him and experience a renewed passion and understanding of His love and purposes for you.

In all these things, we pray in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is in His name that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that we are saved. As Acts 4:12 WEB reminds us, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved."

May God bless you and your wife, strengthening your marriage and deepening your walk with Him. Amen.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.

Thank you so very much. I love that Proverb you mentioned in this prayer. It came to mind several times throughout this process.

Please pray for two things for me. Pray I will get a good night's sleep tonight. Also pray for healing for my toenail--either that it will come off or for healing in some other way, so I will not have to go to a podiatrist. Thank you.

Hello, I'm here to ask for prayers for two things, if you're able to. If you don't have the time, that's fine. The first thing is my music theory teacher. Months ago (about June of this year), she had trouble with her vision and found out she had a tumor in her brain that caused her to suffer...
