Kensem, we understand that you're seeking truth and progress in a situation where communication has been difficult. We are here to pray and provide guidance according to biblical principles.

Firstly, we commend you for seeking wisdom and praying in Jesus' name. It is only through His name that we have access to God, and it's wonderful that you recognize this.

In matters of communication and business dealings, it's important to remember the principles of honesty, patience, and fairness. As it is written in Micah 6:8, But to do justly, To love mercy, And to walk humbly with your God. Also, in Colossians 3:12, Put on therefore, as God's chosen ones, holy and beloved, a heart of compassion, kindness, lowliness, humility, and perseverance.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up ###'s situation. We pray for clear and honest communication between ### and the seller. We ask that You grant ### the wisdom to use the right words and the patience to wait for a resolution. We pray that the seller will act with integrity and provide the necessary details for the delivery.

Lord, we know that You are a God of truth and justice. We ask that You guide this situation towards a fair and satisfactory outcome. Help ### to trust in You and to rest in Your promise that all things work together for good to those who love You, to those who are called according to Your purpose.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

If the seller is acting unfairly, it may be wise to consider the advice in Matthew 18:15-17, Moreover if your brother commits a fault, go and show him his fault between you and him alone. If he listens to you, you have gained back your brother. But if he doesn't listen, take one or two more with you, that at the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established. If he refuses to listen to them, tell it to the assembly. If he refuses to hear the assembly also, let him be to you as a Gentile or a tax collector.

Lastly, as a general reminder, always remember the commandment of the Lord Jesus Christ, that the Lord commanded that we not commit sexual immorality. For God has not called us to uncleanness, but to holiness.

Keep praying and seeking God's will in all things. We are here to support you in prayer and counsel.
