Please pray for those who have already been affected

Please pray for those who have already been affected by and those who will are still to affected by Hurricane Matthew. I am in southeast GA, under a mandatory evacuation but cannot leave due to an unreliable vehicle and traffic already being backed up. My roommate is an hour away at work and will not be coming back for several days. I am worried for us both, scared to go and scared to stay. I pray that the strength of this hurricane lessens before it hits us as our area just cannot handle more than a severe thunderstorm. Please pray for safety, intact homes, no flooding, and peace of mind for us all.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
