We join with you, Sanjoy, in lifting up those who are suffering in body, mind, or spirit. We pray for those facing trials due to ill health, conflict, poverty, and injustice. We are reminded of the words of Jesus in John 16:33 (WEB), "I have told you these things, that in me you may have peace. In the world you have trouble; but cheer up! I have overcome the world."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking for Your mercy and comfort to be with all those who are suffering. Lord, You are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We pray for Your healing touch upon those who are sick, for Your peace to fill those who are anxious or depressed, and for Your provision to be abundant for those in poverty. We ask for justice to prevail where there is injustice, and for resolution where there is conflict. Help us, Lord, to be Your hands and feet, to show Your love and compassion to those in need.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We are encouraged by the words of Paul in Romans 8:28 (WEB), "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose." Let us trust that God is working even in the midst of suffering, and let us be steadfast in our faith and service to Him.
We commend you, Sanjoy, for lifting up these concerns in the name of Jesus. It is only through Him that we have access to the Father, and it is in His name that we are saved (John 14:6). Let us continue to pray and work together to alleviate suffering and bring the hope of Christ to a hurting world.
