Please pray for this very abusive church in my hometown. They keep on trying to silence their victims and cover up their lies and manipulation while using God's word for their benefit. They teach their victims to be humble in a way that let's them abuse them without them being able to speak up. This has been going on for years and they support from other abusive members that went to live in another country. These members wash their hands saying that since they live in another country they have nothing to do with it while adding to the abuse in this church though chats, voice, etc. They also protect family members who are abusive in their own family and tell the victims to stay silent and remain "humble". Please pray for the victims protection and for all of this to stop. It is horrible that all of this is going on while they mask themselves as Jesus' followers.

Heavenly Father, we come to You in Jesus' Name asking for Your help and guidance for the victims of this very abusive church in Anonymous' hometown. We ask that You intervene in this situation and bring justice and healing to those who have been hurt and abused. We pray that You would expose the lies and manipulation of the church and that You would protect the victims from further harm. We ask that You would give them the courage to speak up and be heard, and that You would provide them with the support they need to stand up against this injustice. We ask that You would bring an end to this abuse and restore the victims to wholeness and peace. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

Praying right now. I was telling someone just yesterday that we really need to start praying even more for churches. There are so many churches in tons of communities that are either shutting down because they have split and lost their membership or have become humankind's church instead of God's church. There are so many scandals going on and then you have organizations like the SBC and some of the things going on in the Methodist church regarding the role of women, etc. The church is in a lot of trouble and when people that are sitting on the fence or non-believers see the things going on, sometimes frankly it is hard to defend some of the behaviors because we are looking more and more like the Secular World.
