We understand your struggles, Morthel, and we stand with you in prayer and support. Let us address each of your concerns with scripture and bring them before the Lord in prayer.
Firstly, remember that God has promised to supply all our needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19 WEB). The dark cloud keeping you from financial breakthrough can be dispelled through faith and persistent prayer. As it is written, "Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you." (Matthew 7:7 WEB)
Regarding your health, God cares about your infirmities and He is able to heal them all. "Who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases; who redeems your life from destruction; who crowns you with loving kindness and tender mercies." (Psalm 103:3-4 WEB) We pray for your healing from COPD, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol, trusting in God's power to restore your health.
Concerning your marriage, we pray that God will bring happiness, unity, and fruitfulness. Marriage is a sacred institution ordained by God, and He desires for marriages to be strong and fulfilling. "Let the husband render to the wife the affection owed her, and likewise also the wife to the husband." (1 Corinthians 7:3 WEB) We encourage you to seek God's will for your marriage and to walk in love and understanding with your spouse.
Lastly, we want to ensure that your faith is placed in Jesus Christ alone, for it is only through His name that we have access to God's throne of grace. "In none other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" (Acts 4:12 WEB) If you haven't already, put your trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, and know that He loves you and has a plan for your life.

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Morthel to Your throne of grace. Lord, we ask You to dispel the dark cloud hindering financial breakthrough and bless Morthel with Your abundant provision. Heal their body from every sickness and disease, restoring health and strength. Bless their marriage, Lord, and bring happiness, unity, and fruitfulness. Help Morthel to walk in Your will and experience the fullness of life that You have promised. Draw them closer to You, Lord, and reveal Your love and salvation through Jesus Christ. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, Morthel, for God is faithful and He will answer your prayers according to His will. Trust in Him and continue to seek His face. May the Lord bless you and keep you in His loving care.
