Dear Heavenly Father,
In the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of Hystoos, who is burdened with feelings of embarrassment and fear regarding their performance as a supervisor. Lord, we lift up the woman that Hystoos took care of at work last night. We pray for her health and well-being as she is in the hospital today. We ask for your healing touch upon her body and for the doctors and medical staff to provide the best care possible.
Lord, we acknowledge that Hystoos feels remorseful for not sending her to the emergency room last night. We pray for forgiveness and peace to fill their heart. Help them to learn from this experience and grow in their role as a supervisor. Grant them wisdom, discernment, and confidence in making decisions that prioritize the well-being of those under their care.
We are reminded of your promise in James 1:5, which says, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him." We ask that you grant Hystoos the wisdom they need to fulfill their responsibilities effectively.
Lord, we also pray against any fear or anxiety that Hystoos may be experiencing. Your Word assures us in Isaiah 41:10, "Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand." May Hystoos find comfort and strength in knowing that you are with them, guiding and supporting them through this situation.
We surrender this prayer request into your loving hands, trusting that you are in control of all things. May your grace and mercy abound in this situation, bringing healing, forgiveness, and peace. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
May God bless you, Hystoos, and grant you peace and assurance in your role as a supervisor.
