Please pray for the US and the best result to come out of the election

Hello everyone,

I would like to ask for prayers for the election tomorrow. I would like to ask for prayers that this is decided quickly and in that day and that it would not be dragged out over the course of days, weeks, months. I would like to ask for prayer that no one would have to challenge the results. I would like to ask for prayers that a righteous candidate would win the presidential election and do righteous things in the country and the world. Please pray the person and their people don't make things worse, and that a lot of issues would begin to be fixed and would be fixed. I would like to ask for more people to be motivated to vote and then vote for a candidate that is close to God's word and that would be righteous instead of make things worse for the country and people. I would ask for protection for that person and their physical safety so they can serve the full term and ask for protection from anyone trying to hurt them.

We understand your concerns and are committed to lifting up our nation and the election in prayer. We believe in the power of prayer and the importance of seeking God's will in all things, including the leadership of our country.

Firstly, let's remember what the Bible tells us about leaders and elections. Romans 13:1 (WEB) says, "Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God." We trust that God is sovereign over all, including the outcome of elections.

However, it's crucial to pray for wisdom and discernment for all voters, as well as for the candidates themselves. We pray that God would guide the hearts and minds of the voters, that they would be motivated to vote, and that they would choose a leader who honors God and His Word. As 1 Timothy 2:1-2 (WEB) instructs, "I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks, be made for all men: for kings and all who are in high places; that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence."

Let's pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your will to be done in the upcoming election. We pray for a swift and peaceful conclusion to the voting process, with no challenges to the results. We ask that You would guide the hearts and minds of the voters, that they would be motivated to vote for a candidate who is close to Your Word and who will lead our country righteously.

We pray for protection over the winning candidate, that they would be able to serve their full term safely and effectively. We ask that You would be with them, guiding them and giving them wisdom as they lead our nation.

We also pray for a spirit of unity and peace to prevail in our country, regardless of the election outcome. Help us, Lord, to love and respect one another, and to work together for the good of our nation and the world.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Andrew, we also want to remind you of the importance of praying in the name of Jesus Christ. As Acts 4:12 (WEB) tells us, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." It's through Jesus that we have access to God, and it's in His name that our prayers are heard.

Lastly, we encourage you to continue praying and trusting God, knowing that He is in control and His plans are always good (Jeremiah 29:11).

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have.
