Please pray for the Two Witnesses mentioned in Revelation Chapter 11.

We are seeing critical, prophetic events taking place in the middle east as Israel-Palestinian peace talks have resumed; the Syrian conflict is starting to fulfill Isaiah 17; the Nile and Euphrates rivers are drying up at a fast rate; and plans for rebuilding the Third Jewish Temple in Jerusalem are ready to go at any time, and all the priestly vestments and temple instruments have already been made; and the birth pangs Jesus spoke of are increasing at a fast rate around the world.

Seeing these events unfold, the Lord's Two Witnesses are probably alive somewhere on earth, possibly in Israel right now. Some believers say they will be Moses or Elijah, or Elijah and Enoch. Or that they might be Jewish or Christian, representing Israel (and, or) the Church. I truly believe that they are two ordinary men, believers who are alive right now, who will come "in the spirit" of Moses and Elijah. Who and wherever they are, they may (or may not know) who they are, nor have any idea what their future holds concerning end time events. But, somewhere, right now, God is preparing them with spiritual and biblical knowledge and power, and will one day soon reveal Himself and His plan for them. The Lord is preparing them for their 3 1/2 year ministry right now. Please help me pray for them, and the Lord's will for them, as He prepares them for the testimony that will be witnessed by the whole world as they prepare the way for the coming of the Lord … Lord Jesus! In Jesus's name! Amen!

Revelation Chapter 11
The Two Witnesses

11 Then I was given a reed like a measuring rod. And the angel stood, saying, “Rise and measure the temple of God, the altar, and those who worship there. 2 But leave out the court which is outside the temple, and do not measure it, for it has been given to the Gentiles. And they will tread the holy city underfoot for forty-two months. 3 And I will give power to my two witnesses, and they will prophesy one thousand two hundred and sixty days, clothed in sackcloth.†4 These are the two olive trees and the two lampstands standing before the God of the earth. 5 And if anyone wants to harm them, fire proceeds from their mouth and devours their enemies. And if anyone wants to harm them, he must be killed in this manner. 6 These have power to shut heaven, so that no rain falls in the days of their prophecy; and they have power over waters to turn them to blood, and to strike the earth with all plagues, as often as they desire.

The Witnesses Killed
7 When they finish their testimony, the beast that ascends out of the bottomless pit will make war against them, overcome them, and kill them. 8 And their dead bodies will lie in the street of the great city which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified. 9 Then those from the peoples, tribes, tongues, and nations will see their dead bodies three-and-a-half days, and not allow their dead bodies to be put into graves. 10 And those who dwell on the earth will rejoice over them, make merry, and send gifts to one another, because these two prophets tormented those who dwell on the earth.

The Witnesses Resurrected
11 Now after the three-and-a-half days the breath of life from God entered them, and they stood on their feet, and great fear fell on those who saw them. 12 And they heard a loud voice from heaven saying to them, “Come up here.†And they ascended to heaven in a cloud, and their enemies saw them. 13 In the same hour there was a great earthquake, and a tenth of the city fell. In the earthquake seven thousand people were killed, and the rest were afraid and gave glory to the God of heaven. 14 The second woe is past. Behold, the third woe is coming quickly.

Our God of peace, you have taught us that in returning and rest we shall be saved, in quietness and in confidence shall be our strength: By the might of your Spirit answer this request, we pray of you, so we may be still and know that you are God; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

Hebrews 4:16

Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.

My wife and I am praying now in Jesus name for your request.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
