Please pray for the tenants ### James and her son in apartment ### to move out this month July. They moved in on the 26th of January and only paid a deposit and no rent money up to this point. We gave them a lawyer's letter to move out at the end of April but they ain't move out. We gave them another lawyer's letter to move out in a week but they still ain't move out. On the 3rd of June, ### called the police for my dad after exchanging high words. My dad explained to the police about the situation with the tenants not paying any rent and still in our apartment. The police spoke to ### and told her she needs to move out since she was given notice to vacate the premises. The police also told my dad to give them a date to move out and he said the 7th of June. When that day came, ### called my dad and told him a crooked story and said she will pay my dad rent money for June and she knows she still has to move out at the end of June, which she never paid. In April, she told our lawyer she would pay 2 months rent but never did. We had put the situation on Naked Departure YouTube channel to expose ###. My dad even called her work boss so they can talk to her about moving out of our apartment. She put the conversation she had with my dad on the 7th of June on YouTube to make herself look good. So basically, ### recorded her and my dad's conversation without my dad's knowledge. This is July and these tenants still ain't move out. My dad told ### on numerous occasions not to park her vehicle in his driveway since she has no rights in the apartment but she is still putting it there. We put a lock on the big part of the gate so ### can't come in with her vehicle but on the 5th of July, she still forced her vehicle through the smaller part of the gate. My dad and her had high words and ### spoke loudly and even used foul language and don't care about anything as she smokes drugs. My dad called the police about the situation and the police spoke to ###. On the 6th and 7th of July, ### parked her vehicle outside. Today, the 8th of July, she reversed her vehicle back on our driveway and washed it. She is provoking us to anger so we can get in trouble for her but God is bigger. We tried contacting the lawyer to do a 3rd letter but the lawyer hasn't replied back to my dad up to this point. This is really stressing out me and my parents. My parents are pensioners and I work for less than minimum wage. We have our commitments and mortgage to think about. Our light bill and water bill was due for disconnection last week but we managed to get it sorted out with the help of God. This situation is not right and I feel that we are under some kind of demonic attack. ### has a dolly at the back of her car and I have to wonder if she and her grandmother are dealing with witchcraft. We keep praying against these evil forces. Everything we try to do seems not to be working. ### is deliberately staking us out as she owes us 5 months rent. Her 10 year old son is very disrespectful and uses foul language signs at us. We don't even feel safe in our home and we are having sleepless nights. I am more concerned about my parents as this is really affecting them. Please pray for God to compel these tenants to move out of our apartment in a peaceful manner so we can have back our apartment ### and start back getting rent money again.
