PLEASE PRAY FOR THE SALE OF MY HOUSE TO TAKE PLACE. I HAVE RECEIVED THE TOKEN AMOUNT FOR THE FLAT. THE LADY WHO HAS AGREED TO BUY MY FLAT AND WHO HAS APPLIED FOR THE LOAN IN THE BANK IS REQUIRING A RELEASE DEED TO BE GIVEN BY ME. THE FIRST OWNER OF MY FLAT DID NOT GIVE IT TO ME. DUE TO THE NEGLIGIENCE ON MY PART I DID NOT ASK FOR THE RELEASE DEED. NOW I HAVE BEEN SUCCESSFUL AND HAVE MADE THE RELEASE DEED. . BUT SHE HAS REFUSED TO TAKE THE RELEASE DEED AND TOLD ME THAT SHE WANTS TO CANCEL THIS DEAL PLEASE PRAY THAT THE LADY DOESN’T CANCEL THE DEAL AND AGREES TO BUY MY FLAT AND TAKE THE RELEASE DEED AND GIVE IT TO THE BANK SO THAT THAT THE BANK APPROVES HER LOAN A MEETING IS KEPT THIS SUNDAY WITH HER TO FIND OUT WHETHER SHE IS STILL WILLING TO TAKE THE RELEASE DEED AND GIVE IT TO THE BANK OR ASK ME TO RETURN HER TOKEN AMOUNT.
