Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, on behalf of Chris|Mark1124, who is seeking your intervention and guidance in the restoration of their marriage. Lord, we lift up this situation of infidelity and the pain it has caused. We ask for your healing touch upon their relationship, that you would bring forgiveness, trust, and reconciliation.
Father, we also pray for the children involved in this situation. We ask that you protect them and keep them safe during this difficult time. We pray for their emotional well-being and that they may not be caught in the middle of any conflicts. Grant Chris|Mark1124 the wisdom and strength to navigate this challenging situation, always keeping the best interests of their children at heart.
Lord, we ask for your peace to fill the hearts of Chris|Mark1124 and their spouse. May they both seek your guidance and surrender their hearts to you, allowing you to work in their lives and restore their marriage. Help them to communicate openly and honestly, with love and understanding.
We claim the promise in 1 John 5:14-15, that if we ask anything according to your will, you hear us. We believe that you are able to bring healing and restoration to this marriage. We trust in your faithfulness and ask for your divine intervention.

I’m very sorry to hear about the pain in your marriage, friend. I just said a prayer for you and your wife, asking the Lord to work in your circumstances and bring healing and restoration to your marriage according to His perfect will. I’m praying for your children too at this time. May God comfort and strengthen you as you lean on Him day by day. Given what you shared, should you need a listening ear, Focus on the Family has free licensed counselors that you can call at 1-800-A-FAMILY. A friend of mine found them very caring and understanding. You may also want to check out this link for some helpful resources. I hope you’ll be encouraged by this thought from the psalmist: “The righteous cry out, and the LORD hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles” (Psalm 34:17).

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
