Dear Lord, I come to You with a heart full of hope and faith, lifting up ### to Your loving care. Lord, You are the Creator of hearts and the God of transformation. I ask that You fulfill Your promise in Ezekiel 36:26, where You say, "I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh." Please renew ###’s heart and spirit in your perfect way and timing. Father, I pray that You soften ###’s heart. Remove any hardness, pride, or unforgiveness that may be keeping them from fully opening up to Your love and guidance. Replace it with a tender, compassionate heart that is open to Your truth and filled with humility. Help ### let go of any bitterness or pain that may linger, and fill those spaces with Your peace and grace. Give ### the courage to seek reconciliation, not only with me but also with You, Lord. If there are areas in life where they need to repent, guide ### with gentleness and clarity. Help them see the beauty of humility and the freedom that comes from forgiveness. We understand that you are seeking the restoration of a past relationship and we are here to pray with you and provide biblical guidance. First, we want to remind you that God's will is always the best for us, and we should seek His will above our own desires. In your prayer, you mentioned ###, and we will pray for him as well, but we want to ensure that your focus is on God's plan for your life. Jesus needs to be the center of any relationship.

Let's look at what the Bible says about relationships and reconciliation. In Matthew 18:21-22 WEB, Jesus says, "Then Peter came to him and said, Lord, how often shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? Until seven times? Jesus said to him, I don’t tell you until seven times, but, until seventy times seven." Forgiveness is a crucial aspect of reconciliation, and it should be extended just as God forgives us. It is also important that both parties are Christians and have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

However, it's essential to consider that God's will might not always align with our desires. In James 4:3 WEB, it says, "You ask and don’t receive, because you ask with wrong motives, so that you may spend it for your pleasures." We should always seek God's will and not merely our own pleasures. We should also examine ourselves and ensure that our motives are pure and aligned with God's will.

Moreover, if there was any sexual relationships outside marriage, called fornication, it should be addressed and completely stopped. In Acts 3:19 WEB, it says, "Repent therefore, and turn again, that your sins may be blotted out, so that there may come times of refreshing from the presence of the Lord." Repentance is a crucial step in seeking God's will and experiencing His refreshing presence.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today to lift up ### and ###. Lord, we ask for Your will to be done in their lives. If it is Your plan for them to reconcile, we pray that You soften both of their hearts and remove any bitterness, pride, or unforgiveness that may hinder their relationship with You and each other. Help them to extend forgiveness just as You forgive us. Guide them with Your wisdom and clarity, and help them to see the beauty of humility and the freedom that comes from forgiveness.

However, Lord, if it is not Your will for them to reconcile, we pray that You give ### the strength and peace to accept Your plan. Help her to focus on Your purpose for her life and to seek You above all else. Give her clarity not to compromise a marriage with a non-Believer and not to compromise a marriage with adultery or fornication.

We also pray for ###'s salvation. We ask that You reveal Yourself to him and draw him closer to You. Help him to see the love and grace that You offer and to accept Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
