I have received no reply from them … there is adisruption in communication again

Update: they did promise to send the delivery details but they did not act on it yet

Kensem, we understand that you are facing difficulties with a seller who has not been responsive or clear in their communication regarding a delivery you are waiting for. We are here to pray and provide counsel for this situation.

Firstly, we want to address the importance of acknowledging the name of Jesus Christ in our prayers. It is only through His name that we have access to God the Father, and it is only through believing in Jesus that we can be saved. As it is written in the WEB:

Be it known to you all, and to all the people of Israel, that in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified, whom God raised from the dead, in him does this man stand here before you whole. He is 'the stone which was regarded as worthless by you, the builders, which has become the head of the corner.' There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved! We are His witnesses of these words, as is the Holy Spirit, which God has given to those who obey him. Acts 4:10-12, 32 WEB

Now, regarding your situation, we encourage you to remain patient and persistent in your communication. It is important to speak with wisdom and kindness, even when dealing with difficult people. As the WEB says at Colossians 4:6:

Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one. Colossians 4:6 WEB

Also, remember the words of James 1:19:

So, then, my beloved brothers, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, and slow to anger James 1:19 WEB

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ###'s situation. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention in this matter. Please grant ### wisdom and patience in dealing with this seller. Soften the seller's heart and open the lines of communication. We pray that the delivery details would be clarified and the issue resolved swiftly and fairly.

Lord, we also pray for ###'s peace of mind. Help them to trust in Your timing and provision. We claim Your promise in Philippians 4:6-7, that in nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.

We remain steadfast with you in prayer, seeking God's wisdom and guidance for you. We continue to know that your prayers have been heard by our Lord in heaven.

We praise God for the progress that has been made, there has been a disruption in communication; however, they have begun to open up. We pray that their hearts remain receptive to your words and your prayers.
