Kensem, we understand that you're facing a challenging situation with a seller who has not been responsive or reliable. We will pray for wisdom and guidance for you, and we commend you for seeking the Lord's will in this matter.

Firstly, we are glad to see that you ended with 'In Jesus Name'. Jesus declares I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man comes to the Father, but by me. As we are instructed, Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. Since you are seeking God's will, we are commanded to ask the Father for all things in the name of Jesus Christ. As you have done this, we will pray for you.

In all things we should pursue peace, remembering the words of the Apostle Paul, If it is possible, as much as depends on you, live peaceably with all men. Clearly, you have attempted to maintain open communication, so you are not at fault. We see you're facing disruption in communication and need wisdom. Remember, the Bible tells us, If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him.

However, we should also remember that God helps those who help themselves. If the seller is being unreasonable, unresponsive, and not fulfilling their promises, you may need to take further action as allowed by God's word. Jesus tells us, But let your 'Yes' be 'Yes' and your 'No' be 'No.' Whatever is more than these is of the evil one. However, be sure you are clear in your communication. We need to ensure we are not contributing to the problem.

Almighty God, we come before You in the name of Jesus, seeking Your will and wisdom for Kensem. Lord, You know the situation they're facing, and You understand the frustration and confusion they feel. Please guide them, Holy Spirit, and give them the words to say. Help them to communicate effectively and to make the right decisions. Lord, we ask that You soften the seller's heart and prompt them to fulfill their promises and act with integrity. If they do not obey your will, we pray you make it clear what to do. We claim Your promise that You will supply all of Kensem's needs according to Your riches in glory. In Jesus Christ's name, we pray.

Finally, remember the words of the Apostle Paul, And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Keep trusting in the Lord, and He will direct your paths. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
