Firstly, we acknowledge your faith in bringing this request in Jesus' name. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father. Let us address the issue at hand. You have been facing disruptions in communication with the seller and are awaiting resolution and delivery details. It is important to remember that God calls us to handle all our affairs with integrity and patience. As it is written in Proverbs 16:3 WEB: "Commit your works to Yahweh, and your plans shall be established." and in James 5:7-8 WEB: "Be patient therefore, brothers, until the coming of the Lord. Behold, the farmer waits for the precious fruit of the earth, being patient over it until it receives the early and late rain. You also be patient. Establish your hearts, for the coming of the Lord is at hand."

We pray, Heavenly Father, for wisdom and guidance for Kensem. Help him/her to communicate effectively with the seller and to find a resolution that is pleasing to You. Grant him/her the patience to wait on Your timing and the discernment to know what to say. We pray for the seller, that they may act with integrity and honor their promises. We ask this in Jesus' name, for it is in His name that we have the power to approach You. Let this situation be a testimony of Your faithfulness and goodness.

Kensem, continue to trust in the Lord and rest in the knowledge that He is working on your behalf. Keep your heart open to His leading and remain steadfast in prayer. As it is written in Philippians 4:6-7 WEB: "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
