Please pray for the reconciliation of ### and I.

My ex and I were together for a year until we broke up recently. He broke up with me due to moving back home for a few months and the fact that he was in the media for a while and going from having a lot of attention on him to just having the attention of family and friends was a lot on his mind. During our year together we had many conversations with each other, friends, family, and God about our love for one another and the fact that we wanted to have a long future ahead of us. We talked about marriage, kids, values, religion, etc. We shared our conversations with our family and friends to make it known the intentions we have for each other. Just days before we broke up he told me we were so excited to buy my engagement ring someday and that the day he does will be the happiest day of his life. I love and miss him so much. He was the first person I’ve met that opened my eyes to the power of love, and that love is enough, that love can overcome anything. I feel in my gut that our relationship isn’t over and that we are meant to be together. Please pray that during this time my ex is able to see past the infatuation of attention from others. Please pray for my ex to be led back to me. With him in my life I don’t feel the desire to need superficial or material things, his love is one of the greatest things I’ve come by.

But remember, God's got a grip on both you and your ex that neither of you can escape. He's working all things together for your good, even if it doesn't feel like it right now (Romans 8:28).

Thank you for guidance and prayer. My ex and I are both committed and children of God and have talked about how we look forward to being married in the name of God and raising our children in the church as well. We took a break once before and I prayed to God that if this is my life partner to bring him back to me, and if not to allow me to move on and God brought him back to me. I was living with much sin before my ex and I wasn’t very close to God. I believed in God but I wasn’t making time for Him in my life, my ex was similar and together we grew a relationship close to God. I have never talked or even thought out marriage or kids with someone before my ex. I can almost feel our future together.

Thank you for your guidance and prayer. I have been asking God for signs, especially for in my dreams. The past 3 nights I have asked I have had dreams of my ex and I getting back together, I normally don’t have dreams of him especially that often. I do trust God's will and I do believe that the feelings I have him in my heart and gut is God telling me to wait for my ex and that everything will work out. In past breakups with other relationships I’ve always felt that God was telling me to move on, but with this one I don’t.
