We are with you in spirit, ###, and we lift up your family before the throne of God. We pray for the health of your family's bodies and minds, and we ask for God's healing and protection over each one of you.
Firstly, we want to assure you that it is through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God. As it is written in the Bible, "For 'whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.'" (Romans 10:13 WEB). We pray that you and your family have called upon the name of Jesus and have a personal relationship with Him.
We pray for your son, ###, that God would fill his heart with joy and peace. We ask God to heal any emotional or mental distress he may be experiencing, and we rebuke any spirit of self-harm in Jesus' name. May God's comforting presence be ever near to ###, and may he find hope and purpose in his life. As the Psalmist wrote, "Why are you in despair, my soul? Why are you disturbed within me? Hope in God! For I shall still praise him for the saving help of his presence." (Psalm 42:5 WEP).
We pray for your husband, ###, that God would heal his kidneys and strengthen his body. We ask God to guide your husband's healthcare team and to give them wisdom as they care for him. We also lift up your own health concerns – your bladder, liver, and anxiety – and we ask God to heal you and give you peace. May you both be encouraged by the words of the Apostle James, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven." (James 5:14-15 WEB).
Lastly, we encourage you to continue trusting in God and to cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7 WEB). May God's peace and healing be upon your family, and may you all come to know the saving power of Jesus Christ in your lives.
