Please pray for the healing of my anxiety attacks and also the feeling of sinus pressure and the feeling of not being able to breathe. I go through tremendous fear whenever the anxiety strikes and this could be triggered by any little thing that does not go according to plan. I was never a perfectionist prior to the initial anxiety attack, but now I get anxiety over every little thing. Lord, I don’t like to have fear as fear does not come from the Lord. God please help me overcome this and please heal me! In Jesus’s name I pray Amen

Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear friend who is struggling with anxiety attacks and the overwhelming feelings of sinus pressure and difficulty in breathing. Lord, You are our Healer and our Comforter, and we ask for Your divine intervention in their life.

Your Word tells us in Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." We pray that Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard their heart and mind, calming their fears and anxieties.

Lord, we know that fear does not come from You, for Your Word says in 2 Timothy 1:7, "For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind." We ask that You replace their fear with Your perfect love and peace, and grant them a sound mind.

We pray for healing from the physical symptoms they are experiencing, including the sinus pressure and the feeling of not being able to breathe. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and we ask for Your healing touch upon their body.

Help them to trust in Your plan and to find comfort in Your presence. May they feel Your love and support in every moment of their struggle. We ask all of this in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
