Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up a prayer request on behalf of ###. We thank you for the opportunity to intercede for the nurses at the ### and their unselfish service. We recognize the importance of their role in caring for the elderly residents and we ask for your blessings upon them.

Lord, we pray that you would strengthen and encourage these nurses in their daily tasks. Grant them wisdom and compassion as they attend to the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the elderly. May they be filled with patience, kindness, and understanding, reflecting your love to those under their care.

We ask that you provide them with the necessary resources, skills, and support to carry out their duties effectively. Protect them from burnout and exhaustion, and grant them rest and rejuvenation when needed. Surround them with a supportive community that uplifts and encourages them in their service.

Father, we also pray for the residents of the ###. May they feel your presence and experience your comfort and peace. Strengthen their bodies, minds, and spirits, and grant them joy and contentment in their golden years.

We thank you, Lord, for the nurses at the ### and their dedication to serving others. May their selfless acts of kindness be a reflection of your love and grace. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus.
