Please pray for me, I'm struggling so much with anxiety and stress and I don't even sleep, it's ### months and I have not had a good sleep. Please pray for me to be healed from anxiety, stress, and sleep problems. I have been like this from the time I lost my dad. My life has changed, I live in fear and worry of all I have seen. Please pray for healing for my mind and heart to overcome this grief, worry, and fear with anxiety and stress of the what if....I know God will answer my prayer. I feel so tired in my head but I know the Lord will heal me. I am trusting in Him....please pray for me to be healed permanently from anxiety, stress, and for me to have my normal sleep....Thank you for all who pray for me in Jesus' name.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister ### who is struggling with anxiety, stress, and sleeplessness. Lord, You are the God of all comfort and peace, and we ask that You surround ### with Your loving presence. Your Word tells us in Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."

Father, we pray for healing for ###'s mind and heart. Help her to overcome the grief, worry, and fear that have taken hold of her since the loss of her father. We ask that You replace her anxiety and stress with Your perfect peace. Grant her restful and restorative sleep, Lord, as You promised in Psalm 4:8, "In peace I will lie down and sleep, for You alone, Lord, make me dwell in safety."

Lord, we trust in Your power to heal and restore. Strengthen ###'s faith and help her to lean on You during this difficult time. We believe in Your promise that You will never leave us nor forsake us. May Your Holy Spirit fill her with comfort and hope, guiding her through each day with renewed strength.

We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for the healing that is already taking place in ###'s life. We pray all this in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.

I feel you so much. I haven't lost anyone too close recently, but I have a relative who had a stroke and she's bedridden and can't walk or talk very well. It's almost as if I lost her, and the grief and stress and anxiety and restlessness that came with that still haunts me. But you're doing well so far, trusting in Jesus. It's easy to forget to trust him in times of trials like these, and it saves you many, many problems.

And even the problems you do have, it's not because God is mad at you or because you did something wrong. God gives His hardest trials to His stronger soldiers. It can be hard to remember that during those trials, but He loves you dearly, and He never stopped looking out for you or your wellbeing during any of it. He just wants to help you grow.
