We understand that you're seeking prayer for your mother to spend more time with her father. It's important to honor and cherish our parents, as the Bible tells us, "Honor your father and your mother, as Yahweh your God commanded you" (Deuteronomy 5:16 WEB).

However, we notice that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God, as it is written, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB). We encourage you to come to God in Jesus' name and we will pray the same.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear mother and grandfather. We pray for a renewed and strengthened bond between them. We ask that You would soften their hearts towards one another and give them a deep desire to spend quality time together.

Lord, we know that it is Your will for families to be united in love and respect. We pray that any barriers or hindrances to their relationship would be removed, and that they would find joy and blessing in each other's company.

We also pray for the salvation of both the mom and grandfather if they are not already believers in the Lord Jesus Christ. We ask God to draw them to Yourself and give them the gift of eternal life. We believe that it is only through Jesus that we can be saved and that our sins can be forgiven.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
